What can you do: Stop hackers, pretty much anyting a GM is required to do, such as keeping order on the server.
Experience: I've been playing on Nexon's servers since November 2004 when the game just got out of beta. I've been playing various other RPGs but I'm also used to a lot of different private servers like MyStory MS, Sidney MS, Kurash MS, Ancient MS, Citrix MS and Draco Story among others.
